My season pass disappeared 20 days too early and now you want me to pay twice as much for a new one?!?! I don’t think so. I wasn’t even given the option to collect what I earned! I am so mad. If I don’t get it back, I’ll never purchase on Candy Crush again. Or maybe after playing it for 10 years, I’ll just never play it…

Did closing the app and restarting your device work you? It didn’t work for me. None of the moderators are answering.

The option to buy the Farm Pass showed up, but I still only have 5 max full lives.

The same thing happened to me!!! It was supposed to last for at least 3 weeks and the one I paid for disappeared and there’s another one that’s more expensive!!! Not happy.

As you can see in the other screenshot, it is showing just 5 max lives. And I haven’t made any purchases on Farm Heroes Saga since last month’s Farm Pass. Thank you for your help.

I wasn’t given the option to purchase this month’s Farm Pass, but it shows that I collected the 15 minutes of free play and 8 max lives. However, I didn’t do that. I didn’t get 15 minutes free play and my actual max lives still show 5.
