Season Gold Pass ended before the deadline - ⛔ Edited by CM: NEW UPDATE!

I am in a similar situation but the cost of my season pass jumped from $4.99 to $19.99 this past week. I purchased it two days ago and now it has reset and is asking me for $27.99. Huge scam, beware.

The cost of the season pass for the past several months was $4.99. The price randomly jumped to $19.99 and I purchased it two days ago. I was climbing the ladder then all of a sudden today it was reset and I was placed back at the first tier. On top of that, I was asked to pay an ADDITIONAL $27.99 to purchase the season pass. What is going on here? This is either an error on the candy crush side or a complete scam. Which is it? I am deleting the game unless I receive a refund.

My season pass disappeared 20 days too early and now you want me to pay twice as much for a new one?!?! I don’t think so. I wasn’t even given the option to collect what I earned! I am so mad. If I don’t get it back, I’ll never purchase on Candy Crush again. Or maybe after playing it for 10 years, I’ll just never play it again. And NO, the solution given to someone else with the same problem to close the game and restart their device did NOT work for me! What is going on with King games? Farm Heroes just had an issue with their Farm pass too.

Did closing the app and restarting your device work you? It didn’t work for me. None of the moderators are answering.

Same here. It needs to be returned. I’m not paying again!
