I have. PummyRaj responded last night. Button still does respond. So none the wiser. Thats why I asked second time but no response from no one now. So how do I get someone to respond ??

Collect button still not responding. Help please

It is the farm pass carnival season not the treasure chest. I cannot do screen shot. It is only minor prizes. When you collect prize button nothing happens. It does not respond

Thanks for your reply. I have logged in an out of the game several times but still the same. Fidget adventure right on top of the level 213 cannot even see the level number even. Can you let me know how can the issue be sorted please. Many thanks Mel Davies

When you win a quest on farmheroes super saga the prize does not get added. it has happenrd a few times now. Very disappointed Thanks Mel

Thanks for your reply. To me it should be same playing field for all players. I sent the query to king customer services but as usual they cannot answer do they really exist

THanks I have managed to open it now thats all I did was turn off pop up blocked setting and it opened then Thanks for your assisstance
