Through the contact button here, because I didn't have the option in the game. Maybe you can try that? Don't expect them to be helpful, but who knows... Maybe that's what got me the boosters at least? Or it could be a coincidence and they might give them to everyone little by little.

I did receive 20 of each booster in the meantime and some other things. It's not nearly what I lost, but at least it's something. I have no idea if they are giving these to everyone or just to the people who complained through player support because when I contacted them, they said the boosters would not be compensated and…

You didn't ask me, but here is the answer I got from soneone else. Almost literally the same answer so it's clearly the policy. For some reason thos person adds that I should update to prevent this from happening again. That doesn't make sense, updating the game is what caused the issue. The window was closed after that…

So on top of losing all boosters we will be earning them more slowly without quests. Great.
