I switched to play farm heroes super saga to a moto g7. My level and games transferred ok. When I ask for lives, page comes up to pick a name and confirm it. I am already identified on new device as whiskeyhawk. Why doesn't game know it? I can't give or ask for lives!

I cannot figure out how to get the third acorn so the squirrel will move out of the way of falling cropsies on Level 4943.
I’ve completed level 5090 several times on my iPad but the game is not moving on. I’m not getting daily bonuses like Super Tuesday etc. I can get extra moves more than once, so it’s all a bit weird. Tried playing on my iPhone - won’t move on either.
Completed level 6295 with 3* which was last one in current episode but it hasn't moved me on any idea why?

Several users have reported a bug at level 160. I did some research and I have the same problem! No way, the nuts go up to the squirrels, no matter how they move, in all directions.
