Country Show on FB still not awarding gold bars

I reported this issue several weeks ago, and was told it was a known issue, and would be fixed in a couple of weeks.  It's still not working... any idea when this is going to get fixed?

I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on Mobile/Tablet.

When I tap the mail icon, I get this answer. No message, just that you've sent me a message.
