I made several attempts to purchase and was charged but never received.

On November 5th I made several attempts to purchase gold bars and my account was charged each time but I never received my gold bars or the special packages with baskets and that type of thing that I selected....I paid for these items but never received...how do I get refunded or get these items added to my game?
