Why am i still not getting my rewards from the show down, ive done the update and still havent

I have won more than 3 show downs and I'm still not getting my rewards. This has been going on for weeks why hasn't this been fixed yet. I've followed the thread and still nothing. When will this be fixed?

Please could you let me know the following information as it will be useful for our technical teams? 

- Which model and make of device are you playing on?

- When did the problem start? 

- Which version of Farm Heroes Super Saga do you have installed? 

- Is there an error message, if yes, what does it say?
