I have been playing this for a while.

I never got the rewards for the competition.

Would you please let me know what's the problem? I am using iPhone 6.

- Is there an error message, if yes, what does it say?

Hi,Thank you for your message. Here are my answers.- Which model and make of device are you playing on? (iPhone 6)- When did the problem start? (it's been a while. I think it was since the event was on.)- Which version of Farm Heroes Super Saga do you have installed? (I always update my apps. So should be the latest version)- Is there an error message, if yes, what does it say? (there is no message at all)Thanks.Cheers,Chloe
