So I see this has been an issue for a few years now. I switched from an Iphone to Galaxy and when I reconnected through Facebook, ALL of my baskets and gloves were gone! I had over 10 each. I worked so hard at saving these for when I really need them, only to lose them. Why would I want to use them when I don't need them just because the app has a bug? So very disappointed! I was really enjoying this game.

It's not an issue, it's always been that way. Progress and gold sync to server and can be loaded on any device when you connect to your account. Boosters and messages on the other hand only get stored locally, it's only with purchased boosters that you get the service to transfer them to other devices.
