you can get help from app tipper but they are not associated with King, do not understand, also, in app tipper it states if our video does not match their's make a comment and they will update. Eventually got a message stating they do not reply to comments, and nor do they update videos as well as stated. Do not understand any of this, how can app tipper be helpful, and how can they not be associated with King, when they are offering tips etc

Never heard of App tipper. Is it an extension or a separate app you can use for the game?

Sounds like one of dozens apps that promise progress if you use them. It's just a scam to get you to download it and most od the time they ask for money. Avoid them!
