Roadblock assists not counting

I have been getting help from friends for the roadblock at level 85/86 for three days now, yet only 1 of them has counted/been recorded. Why isn't the help counting? How am I supposed to move forward? (no, it isn't a notification issue, I have resent the requests every day and still only 1 person has been counted).

I got a chat message last night from your FB page saying that gold had been added to my account so I could buy my way past the roadblock - but there is NO GOLD in my account :-(
Really bad form to say you're going to help a player out and then not do it.
