still waiting for a response to my question about levels disappearing - it's been 3 days since I responded to a DM and included my user number... disappointing service from King.

Hi Sparkle- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am very sorry about your progress in Farm Heroes Super Saga. We are currently investigating this as it appears a few players have the same problem.
Please know that this is with our games studio and we hope to have an update for you soon.
