Hi I am playing across three devices: iPhone, ipad and galaxy 6. The other day I had an error that shut down my iPhone game and since then my devices aren't syncing. I am on level 479 on ipad and 476 on the other two. I have received advice from King and tried all that was suggested including reinstalling the game across all 3 devices but my progress won't sync. I am using Kingdom account and not Facebook. It seems any progress is not uploading to the account. Grateful for help thanks.
