Farm Heros Super Saga doesn't connect to the internet, HELP

Hello, I need some help.

I play Farm Heroes Super Saga since last year (2016) and in some point of the last month (July or August 2017) it stopped to connect to my account and stopped to save my progress. I had logged in with my King account before this and it has saved my avatar (photo) from my Facebook account (which was logged in too), this pic shows how it is now (pic: https://photos.app.goo.gl/q06NFteQxMIvqaCI3) but it is NOT really connected.

When I open the game (mobile phone) it asks me to connect. But when I try to login with my King account it shows a red label saying "no one connection to the internet was found" (pic: [red label message in Portuguese] https://photos.app.goo.gl/61FVZgiAc1DfuPZj2)

Withal, when I try to login with my Facebook account it shows a red label "oops, unknown error" (pic: [red label message in Portuguese] https://photos.app.goo.gl/cZObWAFQABeJQ2tV2)

I did not change my Facebook password. I did not change my King password either.

The game app is updated. The Facebook app is updated and my OS (Android 7.0) is uptaded as well.

When the game stopped suddenly to connect I did not realize that my progress wasn't syncing with my account. Now I'm on level 149 (mobile phone printscreen: https://photos.app.goo.gl/Ec2NYgJog2Vdtuyh2) while in my Facebook account (when I'm using laptop) I'm still on level 124 (the same on King' webpage).

I have looking for solutions and I suspect of some issue on permissions of the app in Android configs. I tried some tutorials of reinstalling Facebook app, reboot the mobile phone (a lot of times), and tried to logout of game app, what I wasn't able because it keeps showing "not connected to the internet". I tried to find some way of change the permissions of the app inside Android, but I did not find where it could be done. I tried this tutorial (link: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/6270602) but Android's menu doesn't show the app permissions as well. These King's instructions doesn't solve (https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-android) neither those videos.

Before someone ask: I tried to use wifi at my home, wifi at public places, restaurants, malls, wifi at university, tried 3G and 4G of two different SIM cards (different companies) in different cities. The problem is NOT on internet connection of mobile phone.

Also I do have installed on my mobile phone others King's games apps, such as Candy Crush Jelly, Candy Crush Soda, Pappa Pear Saga and all of them connect perfectly with my King' and Facebook accounts, syncing correctly.

When I try to play Farm Heroes Super Saga I observe that the connection icon of the game (botton-right on the screen) is always with a red "x" although the wifi or 4G connection is working perfectly (https://photos.app.goo.gl/JCIOM1vJFtUDqRP72)

I know that if I uninstall the game app I will lose all the extra progress and I'm trying hard to avoid this. I don't know what to do. Someone can help me?
