I pretty much just stopped playing that game. Started playing something else.
It started probably a month or so ago. No error message I just noticed my coins never actually accumulated. I tried to go spend them after getting 1st place in the country show and the prize was 1250 coins but it showed I only had 380. So I thought maybe it would accumulate later but it never did. The more country shows I won I still wouldn't receive the rewards. Even now I should have well over 6000 coins only shows 1200.
It should be in your settings, all phones have them
What make and model is your phone? I am sorry if this sounds like a lot of information, its to see if others report issues and if there are any links between devices. Also some older phones do not work as well with the games versions now.
Can you also check your app version. That will be in settings, apps then version number.
When did the problem first start?
Did it give any error message?
Yeah I don't think I have that. I just have an Android phone.
It usually has either a number on the tablet or a name like lollipop, marshmallow, etc they follow the alphabet but you find it in settings and about tablet I think...if memory serves me right. It will say version number..
it might not be vital, its just the more info they have, the more they can compare it if others have issues you see
