I too am having the same issue.  Is it because its a game we don't pay for?  I get boosters but cannot use them.  I am on an iPhone.

I am sorry to hear about the trouble in your game!!  

To answer your first question... It doesn't matter to King whether we are spend money or not in our game!  Their treatment and service is same to all their players... I am saying this with confidence because I do not spend real money in any of my games!!
