Lost all my Games

i have been playing FarmHeroes, FarmHeroes SuperSaga and Bubble Witch 3 for years and am well past levels 1000 on just about all three. Just got a new phone and I’m back to level 1 on all 3. Facebook also loaded me as a new player when I logged on. My user name is dubi. 
Can this be fixed? I tried all the suggestions on the FAQ’s...

Still not working. All that’s happened since I logged back into FB is that it has recognised my ‘progress’ starting from 1 again! Is there no way I can put in my player user name (as opposed to my email etc) and pick up my progress from there?

@dubi Unfortunately there is no option like that. I will ask you to fill in the support form here.

Fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue so the team can reach you. If you don't reply, they won't reach you at all.
