Same for me on an iPhone 11 Pro.  The screenshot shows the entire screen, but while viewing on the phone the top cutout affects the image.

Our Game Team is aware of this and is working on a fix as we speak. The App should be optimised to fit the screen shortly. 
Please be patient while we're finding a solution.

In my case when I try to play in Landscape mode, only a little corner shows where the "settings" gear is.
