Lost all my progress

Hi,

I was reset to level one. I just played a raccoon level, lost it and then all my progress disappeared. I didn't connect to Facebook or anything. How do I restore it?

Hi @Catherine1 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 Since you didn't connect your game to a King or a Facebook account the best option is to fill in the support form here

Fill in all the required information and make sure that you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic (Game didn't save). Once you fill it in, you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue in order for the team to reach you. If you don't reply, they won't reach you at all.

To look into your account, they will need your game ID. If you don't know where to find it, follow the steps on the link below.
