Connection issues!

My App won't connect to the internet. I can log in and out but it won't let me claim any rewards. When I click on the gift box it says no internet connection, try again later and when I do that it just says the same thing. I've un installed, reinstalled, logged out & in, turned wifi on and off, restricted, unrestricted background, turned on and off the phone, changed permissions, contacted support(they were NO help) and updated it.... I  just can't figure it out. Help... Please....

I have the exact same issue with one of the games and I've done everything ypu say but yet cannot figure it out what the problem is. I am guessing is the actual game that is glitching.
