I think there is a limit to how many times u can watch the video.

It doesn’t allow me to watch any videos at all. Hasn’t for some time now. I read somewhere where a lot of other players were experiencing the same thing but couldn’t locate the post again.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Actually, there were no complaints about not able to watch video in Farm Super Saga, but in Farm Heroes.
I had this issue in my game a while ago, and it was happening whenever there was weak internet connection. Usually, it is the same in any games -- we must have strong WiFi otherwise, these videos won't work
So, can you please check and make sure there is a strong WiFi and see if that helps?

I have the same issue and my WiFi signal is not weak

I also have the same issue, and have had it since the videos were introduced. I play on multiple devices, have done all of the above steps, and still I have this issue. I've just learned to live without the extras. 😕

Every time I watch videos to get extra moves, it keeps saying connection lost after 1st video
