I am sorry you are having this issue in your game!!

Actually, it is not a bug in the game, BUT weak internet connection from our side. I had this pop-up few times in my game too.

I did nothing to correct it but gave a rest to the game and went back after a while -- which did solve the issue! So, whenever I see this pop-up in my game, that is what I do. Because, there is nothing else we can do!!

Also, since it is not the issue from the game itself, the King team can do nothing either!!
