Collected everything, but my game days I failed.

I'm on level 1689. I played this level and collected everything, but the game says I've failed. Why is this? I have contacted King.

This is something weird ... unless u don’t meet the 1* requirement? But usually 1* requirement is auto met once all required crops r collected

@Khoddiey_Clark, how many attempts have you had on this level and is it still an issue?

This can happen sometimes so could you also make sure the game app is up to date?

I've played this level multiple time. And my game is up to date. My phone does it automatically

Yeah when you collect all the crtoeroa you automatically get the stars.

Can you try disconnecting the game app from Facebook, close the game app, wait a few sec, open the game app and connect it back to Facebook?
