I like the sounds of the game, but why when I watch an ad do the sounds stop and I have to restart the game to listen to them again?

Music and sound played normally after watching ads earlier today, and again when leaving the game to answer a text message.

The same thing has been happening for me as well for several months now, but not only when watching ads but anytime I stop the game for whatever reason (phone call or text message, for instance). Returning, the game has no sound. I can go to settings and toggle music and it will play, but toggling sounds off and back on, even multiple times, has no effect. Only way to turn sound effects back on is to exit completely and restarting the game.

Just wondering... are you having this issue in Farm Heroes Saga OR Farm Heroes Super Saga?

The reason I am asking this is some players have complained about the same issue in Farm Heroes Saga too!!

If it Farm Heroes Super Saga, can you please tell me which device you are using and what is the App version you have right now?

For me, Farm Heroes Super Saga. iOS version 15.5. I believe that I am using the latest app version but I can't seem to find where it tells me what that version is.

Thank you for the clarification!

To check the App version - please open "App Store" on your phone --> In the "Search" bar, enter "Farm Heroes Super Saga" and press "go" --> You will see that the FHSS App appears and don't click on "Open" but, click on the game name --> Now, the details of the game will appear. Now, scroll down a little bit and you should see "Version History". The version of the App you have will be displayed there 👍️

I am using an iPad to play the game. I will show you how to find the App version in my “App Store” 🙂

It's been a few weeks, I now have version 1.76.0.0 but the sound issue continues. I've been dealing with this for so long that it doesn't really bother me anymore.
