facebook - impossibile to send or request for life: "function not available" - Under Investigation

the error it's on title.

to reproduce:

open the game

you obtain the request to send life to other members. after this you see the browser request to m.facebook.com whit all your real Facebook friends.

you tap to accept to send life and damn the errors appear.

you obtain an error "this function it's not available at this moment. try later etc etc.

this append from days days!!! i have wait about one week to see it's disappears but apparently nothing it's fixed.

An update on this: it looks like the issue is on Facebook's side. We'll keep investigating. 🙏

Meanwhile, do you play on a mobile device as well? Do you have a King account? If you connect the game to a King account, you could get some lives from other King players without having that issue 😊

Can you please send us a screenshot so we can see which error message you're receiving and tackle that bug?

If I understand you correctly, you're connected to Facebook and it only happens when you want to send or request lives?

yah exactly... when it's need to accept the request for ask life from friends or send life to friends...

i can try to post a screenshot.. but i do it the error message it's appear in italian.. it's ok?

ok... this is an edited screenshot....i have removed the name of my Facebook friends... you can see the request need to confirm with press on "invia".

and this is the error message appears immediately after press on "invia" buttons ;)

no problem @Lola_Pop when i can and when I have the chance it's nice to contribute to make the games experience better ;)

anyway yes... i have also a king account. i thinks o can try to use theme and wait to see some news ;)
