My wifi is turned on but it just says save your progress it won't change to profile therefore when I play it doesn't update to the next level, it's fine with other games on King

Note: If the game thinks we are logged out, then, our Profile screen won't show up😶

• Which device are you using to play the game? Is it a latest model device?
• Can you please show me the screenshots of --> (1) the pop-up that says "save your progress"; (2) screenshot of your game "Home screen"; and (3) Your game map screen;
• You said "the game is not updating to the next level"!! Is it happening even after you win the level? Which level are you at right now?
• Are you logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
