My wifi is turned on but it just says save your progress it won't change to profile therefore when I play it doesn't update to the next level, it's fine with other games on King

Where are you playing in FB or in King? Because in FB you have to save your game progress. In King it is done automatically. If you have any questions, please come here and we will answer you!!

• Which device are you using to play the game? Is it a latest model device?
• Can you please show me the screenshots of --> (1) the pop-up that says "save your progress"; (2) screenshot of your game "Home screen"; and (3) Your game map screen;
• You said "the game is not updating to the next level"!! Is it happening even after you win the level? Which level are you at right now?
• Are you logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
