Why are my boosters locked? I can't progress or access my boosters that I have earned! Please help me.

I am sorry to know that your boosters are locked in the game. Please do not worry as you are not alone and the game Studio is looking into the issue.

But, I need below details from you to pass on to the Studio team...

2) A screenshot of your boosters;

I do not know how to screen shot, but I am on level 4754 and ALL 3 boosters are locked.
