I have a video of it, but unable to continue on this level 1970. because three plums will come down continuously nonstop, and the game freezes. It started yesterday and it’s continuing today which makes gameplay impossible. I end up having to close it down and restart and lose lives.

I apologize for the delay in responding to you and sorry to hear that you are experiencing a glitch in your game!!
Is the glitch fixed now or are you still experiencing the loop of the Plums? Did you try to close the App and reopen it and/or log-out of the game and log-in? If so, did the loop stop when you tried these troubleshooting steps?
If you are still experiencing the glitch, I can report it to our Community In-charge, so that, they can report to the game Studio.
