Farm Heroes Super Saga

Sorry for the delayed reply! I didn’t get a chance to edit my screenshots to explain to you… I have checked the “Help Center” from the game to find a solution for the issue you have experienced.

You will have to contact the King team to resolve the issue. For that, please follow these images & steps👇

1) On your game Home Screen, click on the icon that has 3 lines located in bottom left corner;

2) From the appeared menu, select “Help Center” option;

3) Scroll down and go to the option —> New Levels / Level Help;

4) Select the option —> I passed a level - why didn’t it move me forward;

5) In the appeared screen, click on “Contact Us” button that is located at the bottom of the page;

6) You will be asked to fill out a complaint form! Fill it out carefully and submit it.

You would receive an automated email which is an acknowledgement. Please keep it. If an agent doesn’t contact with 3 to 5 days, reply to that automated email and inform that you are still waiting to be helped.

Sometimes, getting help from Player Support team is a delayed process as they are busy with all King Saga games. So, please be patient and don’t give up! If you do not hear back by Tuesday, please post back and let me know. I will talk to our Super Farm Community In-charge and see if there is anything they can do🍅

卡在7256過不了
7256已經完成,但一直過不了關 1/10,1/11 過了很多次都到不了下一關
Level 7257 farm heroes super saga
Although I completed several times this level, doesn't allow me to go to next level. What can I do?
Level 3974 - it's BUGGED FIX IMMEDIATELY!
Look the content of the level! there's TWO 'Frozen walnuts' and on ENTIRE LEVEL THERE'S NO WAY FOR UNFROZEN THAT! AT EVERY LIFE AND THIS LEVEL IT'S UNBEATABLE! FIX IMMEDIATELY.
