So I changed phones and it took everything away, I have to start from scratch. Emailed king and they sent back technical jargon that I don't understand to get my game back.someone please tell me I simpleton terms how to do it please

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Which game are you playing?

When we change our device and/or reinstall the game App on the same device, we lose all our saved boosters. It is because, the game progress and the Gold Bars are saved to the game.

But, the boosters and lives are saved on device storage memory. When we change the device, the memory will not transfer! That's why, you did not find the boosters on your new phone.

If you did not delete the game on your old phone, you can still play the game and use up all those boosters then, move on to the new device to play the game.
