Game not start

Hi, I’ve been playing with Farm Hero Super Saga for years now. Few days ago I experienced that the game doesn’t start on my iphone. The game loading and the start screen appears with two button option: PLAY & PROFILE and the side menu, but if I click the play button, nothing happens. I can only open the side menu - this way I can get here… My ID number is: 6330581650. I am using the latest iOs and the game is also updated. I’m using the game with my own King account. What should I do?

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to play the game!!

This issue was reported by couple other player last week, and it was being investigated by the game Studio!! Let me find out if there is any update on the issue and get back to you tomorrow.

I just need one information!! Are you using an iPhone or iPad?
