no my friend... it's completely random. i have beat this level in subsequent attempts and now another bug, it's reappear in different level.. watch my newest thread.
it's my point to report all level present this glitch.. try to fix for make better experience to another people reach this level in future.

After you experienced the bug, did you try closing the App -- shutdown your device and turn it back after few minutes -- then open the game -- tried the level again?
⬆️ These are the troubleshooting steps we are advised to follow all the glitches. They do work for some glitches, but not all!!
