Please follow below steps to contact the Player Support team directly from your game⬇️

• Click on the circle that has 3 horizontal lines in bottom left corner;
• Click on "Help Center";
• Scroll down to My Purchases under Popular Topics;
• Click on "I did not receive my purchases...." option (11th one)
• Follow the steps & instructions provided there.

You will be receiving an automated email, which is an acknowledgement. You should be hearing from an agent real soon.
