Hello. Internet in the game by some unknown reason is unavailable, always. Why can be so?

Are you playing Farm Heroes Super Saga? Which device are you using?
Do you receive any error message? If so, can you show me a screenshot of the pop-up?Please reply by typing below. And to post the screenshot, tap on the 2nd icon located in the bottom left corner of the comment box.

My device is iPhone 13 pro max. I always have internet on my phone Wi-Fi at home. And here is screen shot - with icon ‘no internet’ although I have it.
