Problem with internet connection

Hello. Internet in the game by some unknown reason is unavailable, always. Why can be so?

My device is iPhone 13 pro max. I always have internet on my phone Wi-Fi at home. And here is screen shot - with icon ‘no internet’ although I have it.

Are you playing Farm Heroes Super Saga?  Which device are you using?

Do you receive any error message?  If so, can you show me a screenshot of the pop-up?
