issue about premium feature

Greetings
I am here to ask about the "premium feature" in game(in this feature,you can watch ads to get double reward than before).The feature is good idea but there is a glitch that makes this feature don't work.(Every time I tried to watch ads but it didn't let me do it).
Please report this to studio,thank you.

Can you please explain what is happening when you try to watch the Premium Ads? Also, can you take a screenshot?
Which device are you using and which version of the App do you have right now?

Here is the example screenshot
The glitch I ran into was "it would just continue the game but didn't play any ads even if you press "play video"".(It didn't have this issue yet when I saw this feature first time.)
