Try to have at least 1 water drop if you have unused move(s) OR complete the level without any move left.

Tell me if this suggestion helps you pass this level.

I tried all your suggestions and nothing worked. I am not able to advance after completing that level.

With regards to the issue, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team directly from your game by following below steps⬇️

* Click on the icon with 3 horizontal lines that is located in bottom left corner of game map screen or game Home screen;
*  Click on the 2nd option "Help Center";
* Scroll down to the option "New Levels/Level Help" and click on it;
* Click on the 2nd option "I passed a level - why didn't it move me forward?";
* Check the steps & information provided there; 
* If nothing seemed helpful, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
* Fill the form and submit your complaint.
