App not responding or loading

I use a Chromebook (Chrome OS). My app stopped responding or loading 3 days ago. I have cleared my cache and restarted my Chromebook but the app still is not responding or loading

    Are you playing Farm Heroes Super Saga? If so, which version of the App do you have right now?

    I'm not tech savvy and elderly so how do I find out which version I am playing please?

    Hi @Burnsey29b🤗 My apologies for the late response!

    Since you are using Chromebook, you should have "Play Store" App as well. You can find it with an Arrow shape (same colors as Google icon) in a white Square box.

    Click on it to open — you should see a "search" bar — type "Farm Heroes Super Saga" in that search bar — You will see the list of the names that starts with Farm — Select Farm Heroes Super Saga and click on the name (but, not on Open tab) — you should see "What is New" with an arrow next to it — click on that arrow — in the page that you get, scroll down till you see "Game Info" — you will find the version number there.


    I know this sounds like there are too many steps! But, you try these steps a couple of times, you will be able to check it without any instructions and it will become easy🤩

    Also, how about the software version on your Chrome Book? Did you install the latest version? I am not aware of the actual steps to look for that! But, usually, we can find this information in "Settings" (the Grey Cogwheel)!

    Done as you asked and the version is 1.104.1 Hope this helps. As far as I know my Chrome is all up to date as it updates automatically
