No more lives from Facebook friends?

Me, my family and friends play Farm Heroes Super Saga. We are all logged in via Facebook on our smartphones. We are not able to send lives to each other for 1-2 months. When a window with a list of friends appears - where we can ask for life or send life - you can see friends there. However, no one receives the request and therefore does not send/recive lives. Is there a some global problem? Each of us has a different smartphone. Xiaomi, OnePlus, iPhone, Motorola. Everyone's game is up to date. We tried reinstalling it and logging in again. It doesn't change anything. Still can`t send/recive lives from friends.

Can you tell me something? Do you see a screen (like below) where it asks to enter your nickname and it causes the glitch?

Sorry, I do not have it in English! There is another player who is experiencing issue to send & receive lives because of this pop-up box.

I've never seen a window like this with a place to enter a nickname. I don't know where and in what situation it appears.
