Dear all,

After updating to the version 1.112.0.0 the app is crashing under iOS 12.5.7, using an iPad air. The app is loading until it gets the 94%, then is closed. What I see when I press the button of the iPad is a miniature of the level I had playing before install the update.

Please, find attached the screen-video of the issue.

Hi, I completely understand your concern with losing your progress, but just make sure that your account is backed up with your King account before reinstalling and once back you should be able to still see your progress.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your app not loading after last update.

Could you please try to update your IOS version first and try to access the game. Additionally please try deleting and reinstalling the game app.
