Can’t move forward

hello all,

I have reached level 6625 and for some reason I can’t move forward (see picture attached) since yesterday :(

I don’t know why.It already happened to me yesterday; the time shown in the image passed, and this morning I started counting the time from Sunday again, but it won’t let me progress.

Can anyone help me please?

    The last level you have played - is it 6625 or 6655?

    Looks like you are playing an Apple device! Did you make sure that you have the latest version of the App?

    You're right: 6655 is the last number I was able to play. The rewards still work, but I can't continue. I uninstalled the app to reinstall it, so yes, it's the latest version. In fact, I lost all my baskets (and I had nearly 70) when I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Everything's a mess, to be honest :(

    I’m using en Apple device, exactly.

    Thanks for your message. What can I do to forge ahead and to recover all my baskets?

    I am so sorry to hear that you have reinstalled your game App @Juanpe😕

    Level #6655 was indeed the last level last week. But, the Super Farm team released 15 more levels this morning and you must have seen that the map moved to 6670!


    Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrieve those lost boosters (unless you have backed up the game to your iCloud account, which really works🌟)!


    Just wondering… did you purchase any of those boosters with real money? If not, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and inform them about what happened! They might help you out of goodwill (not sure though)!!

    Dear PummyRaj,

    Thank you very much for your email and for your help. New levels have appeared (as you mentioned, up to 6670), but I have not received the lives, watering cans, hands, or baskets I had before. I don’t know how to back up the game to my iCloud account.

    I didn’t buy those baskets with money; I earned them through gifts over several weeks. I imagine they are lost, and there is nothing to be done.
