Voy x este nivel y no he recibido insignia de regalo.
Además los anuncios bloquean el juego y no obtengo Booster, ni movimientos gratis.
Desilusión total.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues in your game!
(1) With regards to the first issue —> not receiving "Gift Badge" at level # 5741…I am not sure which gift badge you are mentioning! Can you please provide more details? If possible, can you share a screenshot?
(2) Issue with Ads —> Do you remember which Ads are freezing / not granting rewards?
After the Ad video ends, do you just see a black screen and cannot exit out of it OR the screen freezes and you have to close & restart the App?
The more details you provide, the better assistance I can be!
