This is a copy and paste i have found from another user regarding this
I think the main hard feature in this level is "most of the items" being frozen!! I just gave a couple of trials ...
I have started with bringing the clouds to the bottom part of the board. Once they are in middle area of the board, then I tried to make Super Cropsies as much as possible to burst the cloud. Which helped to unfreeze the cropsies little by little.
And once some of the Crows are thawed out and left from board, I tried to move the Cropsies up to bring the Super Plums together to make a combo with them.
And the burst clouds help with blooming flower buds also.
