I've had to join the community because every single way of trying to get hold of King has failed thus far. An hour in and now I'm sat here typing an essay as my last option. My farm heroes super saga game will update but will not connect to the Internet, it will not allow me to save my progress, connect to my account but strangely enough when I paid £1.99 it connected just fine but did not then give me my gold or boosters. For a company making millions each year I would expect to be able to resolve these issues in minutes not run around talking to bloody bots and nearly throwing my phone out of the window! I googled my issues and what I found was a statement saying that each person would have to directly contact King for help. That's all well and good but you make it so bloody difficult and stressful it's annoying.
Can someone please help?

I am really sorry that you have problems. You're talking about Farm Super Heros, but you post in Fatrm Heroes. Please be careful which game you post in to avoid confusion. Have you checked out the help center? You go in your game to the gear and question mark. If you get stuck there, you can contact the support via email.

You need to get in touch with the Customer Support, from your game up to the left side you find a wheel, click on it and then Customer Support.
When you open it you find: Purchases and Gold Bars and then you find a list of Faq you can write from here and explain what happened with your purchase!

I see that you are playing on a mobile device, have you deleted the game app yet? If not, I recommend you do that and then try to connect the game back to your Facebook account.
Now you will lose any saved boosters and lives but Support can get those back for you and your progress should also be saved but in any case, we can also restore your game.
What we need to do now is to make sure the connection issue has been solved, let me know how it goes 😉
