I am sorry to hear that there is an issue with the level. Let me go and check if I too have the same issue in my game.
In the mean time, can you please explain a bit more about the issue you are having? Also, which device you are using?

I read your post and just played level 3800 again
For me, everything is good so far.
Completed level without any problems...
OK... I also used boosters.. Without booster it is not possible... I think
Used 3 tractors and 1 farbboster
Just give it a try.
But if you have other problems then that's something else 🤔👍
