infinite loop whit three same (or same combination) falling down continuously in same spot. fix it!

now i'am reach level 3206 (but it's happening also in some recent level and ever more frequently) it happens that the game ends in this stupid infinite loop:
in a position continue to falling down ever same combination... some time three same red.. some time viola other four of color and it's continue to falling down and made same combination of three or four in infinite loop!!
the only how i can do it's force close the games and lose the current life.... it's a bug??? please fix it!
damn a my issue i have made this same question on farm heroes saga forum wrongly...
now copy and pasted correctly here....

@PummyRaj it's not so easy to take a video shot when it's append that also because it's append when you have a few moves left to do like 3 or 4.
in one or two occasion this issue as append immediately after i have completed all task and this infinite loop it's start and the level never ended. in that occasion a series of four red fruits fell endlessly that make the same combination in infinite. can't do anything and need to close app and fail this level...
I honestly don't know if I can record my screen from the moment this thing happens ... i need to look for some app..

I too have found the “loop” glitch in level 3206. Is this the glitch you were also experiencing OR with different combo of Cropsies?
Sorry! I am not able to download the video you have provided! But, no worries! I too was able to screen record. I am not able to post it here.
But, I will figure out a way how to show it to the Super Farm game In-charge 👍

I was able to open the video you have shared 👍️ It is different "combo" of cropsies, but in the same spot.
I have passed on the information about the glitch and your video. Hopefully, the glitch will be fixed for the future players 🙂

@PummyRaj the same glitch on this level appear in some different spot ;)
i have took about three days to beat this level (whitout using bonus or extra) and on my case it's append very frequently about every two or three matches.
otherwise how already says i have right now pass this level and i'm stuck three or four level next it ;)
reporting the glitch and fixing it it's be usefull for other player right now ;)

i have reach level 3297!
look the glitch at the top right spot..
ever three red it's appear in loop and can't do anything... need to exit and close the games and lost my life.

These are temporary glitches that appear in our games. When the Super Farm Studio check the game to fix the bug, they won't find them....
Apparently these glitches are temperamental and they are not sure when and where these looping bugs appear😶😶
