I am stuck in 4259 level

I have done this level several times and the next level does not open and I can not go any further. Please help me ASAP please!
I deleted the game and reinstalled, all my help was gone, so I had a hard time redoing 4259 and when I finally did, it wouldn't let me go any further again.
Please help me solve the problem.

Are you not able to see the levels after 4259 OR are you not able to win the stars on this level? Can you please explain a bit more about what is happening?

I did not get the stars, when I finished this level threw it back onto the map and did not open the next level
