Level 160 : BUG
Several users have reported a bug at level 160. I did some research and I have the same problem! No way, the nuts go up to the squirrels, no matter how they move, in all directions. There is nothing that makes them go up.
I can't reach customer service either. It's annoying when you've made purchases...

Hello @Anicha Welcome to King Community. Sorry to hear about it and would like to request you to get in touch with support team. As you have mentioned there is bugs which means its need to be fixed by King technical team and i believe they are working on it. Please allow them sometimes to fix it. Thanks

You are right! We have been receiving many complaints about level # 160! But, there is no bug in this level! It is tricky to get the Acorns to the Squirrels than their levels!
Please check this YouTube video created by one of my Community Friends, which will help you to find the trick to collect the nuts.
I checked my game and I was able to play without any issue! If this is not how your level looks, a screen recording would help me to report the issue.

Thank you but your answer is not useful. I do not have the same board as you. I only have 8 nuts, not 10 like you (see picture). Under the buckets of water, we should see nuts. So there's a real bug on this level. Many people have the same problem as me. No matter how I move (up, down, left, right), the nuts don't move.

That video is an old one! It is just to find the trick on how to collect the nuts!
If it is hard for you to take a screen recording, can you please provide some details for me?
- You do have the “windy” level, right? (Cropsies move depending on the direction of our previous move);
- When you make a move upwards, are the Cropsies moving upwards or no?
- Which device are you using and which version of the App do you have right now?

I have an idea! I need to know details of your device, version you have right now and your ID number as well.
So, in next comment, please post your device and the version you have right now;
