How do I launch the game on Google Pixel Tablet?

When I launch, the "King" splash scream comes up flashing. At this point the screen is non-responsive. It's the latest version and the tablet is up to date firmware.

If I press power button and re-login, sometimes several times, the game will run normally. But I have this issue every time I use it on this tablet (tried it on two Pixel Tablets with the same issue). Any ideas to avoid this flashing/false starting?

Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
Clear Cache:
- 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Farm Heroes Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
- 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

Please note that reinstalling the game will remove all of your boosters, so please do not do this unless absolutely necessary.

Unfortunately not. This has happened on two new pixel tablets. Tablets are updated. Fresh installs from play store. At that point there shouldn't be a cache. I've uninstalled a few times with no success. Only use wifi. This is happening when the game first starts. It's the opening "King" screen that freezes and flashes like there's a short in it. It doesn't go away unless I force close the app. I have found that force closing it about 3 or 4 times SOMETIMES allows game play. But this happens every time I try to start the app.

So now an update. The problem still exists. BUT, if I tap the power button and re-do my PIN on the tablet once or twice it does allow game play. Not preferable, but livable. Just really wanna get rid of this flashing king screen. It needs to pass the wife test. Here's a link to the flashing I'm talking about.

Hey there @djbradster I noted from the video that you attached that this was regarding Farm Heroes Super Saga (not Farm Heroes Saga, which is a fair mix up!), so I moved the thread to the right section of this page.

Have you been experiencing this with any other application besides Farm Heroes Super Saga? And just to make sure, did you see if you have any updates to either the game or the device?
