I'll pass this on to the studio but as we only have 2 reports about this, this might not be looked at right away as there are other priorities 😕

In the meantime, can you guys delete the game again and try clearing the Google Play Store cache if you haven't tried that yet?

1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'

2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'

3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'

4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache.

Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.

5) Reboot mobile and you should now be able to install the game

Game still crash.

Sorry to hear this is still persisting 😔

As we do not have enough reports to be able to investigate further, we do not have any solution for this issue. Do you happen to have access to a different device you can try the game on?

I have in home Xiaomi Mi 9T, Huawei Honor 10 and Huawei MediaTab T5 (and game works fine).

So the problem occurs specifically on the Xiaomi Redmi 8A smartphone. I checked on two smartphones Redmi 8A. It is only known where the reason lies - on the game side or on the Xiaomi side. That's why I decided to report it to you. It is likely that the problem can only be reproduced on this device (Redmi 8A).
